Dr. Adam Kimowitz has extensive experience in surgical and restorative implant dentistry. As one of only less than 500 Diplomates of the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry (ABOI/ID) he is considered an expert, and board-certified specialist in dental implants. He is also the past clinical Director of the Implant Maxicourse Progam at the Howard University School of Dentistry.

Background
Dr. Adam Kimowitz maintains an implant and restorative dentistry practice in Denville, New Jersey. He also performs all implant related procedures, such as bone replacement, grafting, and complex dental reconstructions including Full Mouth reconstruction.
He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry (ABOI/ID). In addition ,Dr. Adam is a Board Examiner and on the test construction committee.
Since 1969, fewer than 500 dentists in the United States have passed this rigorous Board Certification process. This honorable title makes him extremely well qualified in all dental implant and bone grafting procedures. This is implant dentistry’s “Hall of Fame.”
In addition, Dr. Adam Kimowitz is specially trained and offers IV sedation (dentistry while you sleep) for the comfort of all patients. He performs hundreds of implant and bone graft procedures per year, which has made him a leading expert in the field. His compassion, enthusiasm, and passion for implant dentistry sets him apart from his peers.
As a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology, Fellow of the International College of Oral Implantologists, and Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, he attends all of the major yearly national implant meetings. This allows him to remain current on all the new research and constant advances in dentistry.
Dr. Adam is heavily involved in the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He was selected to be an officer of the Academy representing the Northeastern United States. He has also served on the AAID education oversight committee, Public Relations, and Maxicourse Committe .
On a national level, Dr. Adam Kimowitz teaches hands-on implant and observation courses throughout the US. He is the Clinical Director of the Washington DC Maxicourse, Faculty for the New York Maxicourse, and a Facutly/Mentor for Implant Pathways.
He is a native of Morris County, completed his undergraduate studies at Brandeis University and Graduated Dental from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey now Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. He then completed the Maxicourse post graduate implant program at Rutgers.
Dr. Adam Kimowitz is a speaker for leading international dental implant manufacturers, university and Implant programs where he teaches other dentists the ins and outs of dental implants and bone grafting.
In his free time, Dr. Adam Kimowitz enjoys family time with his wife and three kids. He also enjoys shooting video with his drones, the Jersey Shore, and organizing his many pairs of glasses.
